I visited the Bainbridge location today and had the absolute best experience ever. The manager Rachel did very great with explaining every step of the process with me, she changed both my filters, checked all my lights and battery, toped off all my fluids and checked my tires letting me know also that I have a tire sensor not working. She went over some paper with me giving me the recommendations on things my vehicle was due for and highlighted the things they do at her shop, she was very thorough going over my receipt and e... read more
