I'm new to the area and have been looking for a really good place to get my oil change. Well first off the prices are fair. The staff is extremely friendly. The service is also fast. I have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to get in and out. They also changed my front light when it went out for a good price and they always make sure they check the air in my tires. I highly recommend this place. All of the staff gets a 5 star from me.
The attendant applied a coupon I was unaware of! I thought this person didn’t have to but did so. All attendants were super nice and the female manager seems to run a professional tight ship!! #happycaranddriver
Today was my first day getting an oil change there and as soon as I rolled down the window the customer representative says how can I help you . I replied with I need an oil change he then says you are getting the synthetic oil change which is 89.00 for the first five quarts. He gave me no options or anything. I had to ask if they checked my fluids and tire pressure because they did not tell me that they did as they were doing it so it had me wondering if it was even done. Took my daughter there to get an oil change. The team was courteous, thorough and kind. They topped off everything and checked the air pressure in the tires. I also appreciate that they reset her service light and printed a custom mileage reminder that referenced 7500 for synthetic instead of just sticking a 3000 mile sticker on the windshield. Rachel and her crew do an outstanding job! Quick service and always the best bang for your buck! Now I don't have to go to Thomasville no more. If you haven't been yall should check her and her crew out! Keep up the GREAT work!
