I'm new to the area and have been looking for a really good place to get my oil change. Well first off the prices are fair. The staff is extremely friendly. The service is also fast. I have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to get in and out. They also changed my front light when it went out for a good price and they always make sure they check the air in my tires. I highly recommend this place. All of the staff gets a 5 star from me.
Today was my first day getting an oil change there and as soon as I rolled down the window the customer representative says how can I help you . I replied with I need an oil change he then says you are getting the synthetic oil change which is 89.00 for the first five quarts. He gave me no options or anything. I had to ask if they checked my fluids and tire pressure because they did not tell me that they did as they were doing it so it had me wondering if it was even done. Rachel and Chris did an amazung fast job. Wayyyy cheaper than Id pay anywhere else. They changed my oil, and my tensioner pulley and serpentine belt.
Just had the most exceptional oil change experience ever. I just moved here from Nashville, Georgia and needed to get my oil changed here in Bainbridge and upon arriving at the Bainbridge American Lube Fast I was greeted with exceptionally nice people. My vehicle was very well taken care of everything was explained to me, including something about what my vehicle requires at its mileage, which I will be returning to get some of these services done. The manager Rachel was very sweet and understanding. She was very helpful. She was able to find an air filter that had never been changed on my car since it was released in 2015 and changed it for me. We need more people like her at auto places that are willing to inform and help!
