I took my care for the oil change and because that was all I wanted done the service person got an attitude and as they had always checked my lights, wipers and all the basic checks, he did none!!!! But on my receipt all were marked check. I told him I knew he did not do the basic checks as this was the second family car I had brought there, ( the other car I spent Over a hundred dollars). I told him I would never be back because I no longer could trust them
They did a great job and helped this widow with other questions about my car.
Exceptional customer service from Chuy!!! I'll be requesting him from now on. Waited in their lounge area, and just relaxed while they were working on the car.
