Received a $20 coupon for an oil change for $20 in the mail. They do not honor that coupon. They come up with those excuses where it's $60 if you want your oil changed. I'm going to Firestone. These people need to be investigated for fraud.

We have been having our oil changed at this ALF for many years but today while I was there my car wouldn't start. The guys were super helpful getting my car started and helping me get what I needed to get it fixed. Thank you so much!!!
The only thing I saw wrong was on my receipt, it read on the bottom, that the customer requested not to fill windshield washer. I did tell them to make sure. I usually do that myself, but did not have any. When I arrived home, I looked. When I opened the cap, there was a green liquid substance in the washer container. Am not sure that is the same washer substance that I use. Normally it is blue in the container that I buy. Can you explain what this green matter is.
