I had to change out the locks recently and called on American Lock & Key—what a great decision! Tony was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He showed up the same day, handled everything quickly and professionally, and made the whole process incredibly easy for us. I had a pleasant visit to American lock and key. The service was friendly and efficient. They also have an adorable little shop cat. However, based on the overall atmosphere and certain visual elements, I would encourage potential patrons to consider if this environment aligns with their personal comfort and expectations for inclusivity. While I was comfortable, I left with the impression that that might not be a welcoming space for absolutely everyone.

Tony was awesome. Because they weren't able to help me replace my key due to make/model/year, he took the time to explain to me my car system, where I could go for help and everything I needed to know so that I could get the right service there. I even called back to follow up. Thanks American Lock and Key, thanks Tony!

These guys were amazing! I was locked out for almost 12 hours and they were able to get me back into my apartment right when they opened. I had no forms of payment it was all locked in my apartment and they worked with me so I could get back in stress free. Super friendly, overall amazing!

Great Service! I came in to get a spare key made and they were honest and straight forward. Fantastic prices, too. My new go-to locksmith.
