The guy on the phone was very nice and the locksmith was to my car in Onalaska within 20 minutes. He was incredibly nice and had my car open within a minute or so. I found out that they are the cheapest in town after I paid too. Not too shabby. Would definitely use them again, but I hope I don't lock my keys in the car again.
Several years ago I had locked my keys in my apartment. I called American lock and key and Tony was there within minutes. Excellent service and I've been giving them my business ever since!
Amazing service. They are willing to listen and give you all of your options. When all was said and done, we were able to be in and out in less than ten minutes and we left with a computerized key copy WAY under dealership costs! Thank you American Lock & Key!
Today has been a rough day, it all started when I broke my key in half in the trunk of my car. I preceded to get help, however, two of the places I called (one being Bobs lock and safe) had terrible service and I would never ever go to them for help again! It wasn't until I contacted American lock and key that my day began to turn around.
