Went here for a year. My daughters braces were not explained to me in how they help or anything. I switched 3 months ago due to this place not telling me I needed a doctor referral for new braces since she was out growing them. We waited 4 months after they measured her feet for them to tell me I needed a referral after I called and no one answered about 3 times. Hanger clinic is where we go now and they are super educational about how to use the braces and why. My daughter is now doing a lot better with her new ones. DO NOT... read more
I have received a couple of braces and a splint, they are great at making sure your equipment fits before you leave and answer any questions you have.
AVOID THESE PEOPLE THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN JACKING MY NEPHEW AROUND FOR GOING ON 2 YEARS NOW. THE INSURANCE COMPANY HAS PAID THEM FOR AN ARM HE SSTILL DOESN'T HAVE. NO EXPLANATION JUST EXCUSES. PLEASE RESPOND AS WE WOULD ALL LIKE TO KNOW WHEN HE IS GOING TO GET HIS ARM YOU HAVE ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR!!!!
