I'm sure all of the installers at American Light are excellent, but if you have the chance, ask for Jacob and Robert. They were professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented throughout the entire installation. Rather than simply completing the job, they took the time to identify and address potential future issues with our motorized screen before they became problems. They also made sure we understood how the system worked and how to maintain it properly. Their expertise and customer service were truly appreciated!
