Not sure if ALF is still in business or out of money? Submitted a full file including recent appraisals on April 7th and was told fits their guidelines. A week later was told still in underwriting. Two weeks later was told still in underwriting but should be a good loan for ALF. Was told the file would go to loan committee on the following Monday.
