Selene has always been very helpful and has been able to assist when I have DMV issues. I am able to walk in an pick up tags and she handles my Moto carrier permit as well. Very Convenient!
They kindly explained everything to me, were patient with my questions and got nothing but kind energy, 10/10 recommended.
If you get the right person they can make things easier. However, there are certain people who work there that really don't know what they are doing. Multiple mistakes and misunderstandings made, and ended up being quite a hassle. And in the end, my car was registered with the wrong name on the registration. I now need to fix that problem - I'll be just going directly to the DMV to handle it and remove the middle man.
