I purchased my American Legend home about 18 months ago. Overall, the process of working with the team was smooth—everyone I interacted with was professional, and the warranty manager has always been very prompt, diligent, and courteous in addressing concerns. That said, after living in the home for a year and a half, I’ve begun to notice a few quality issues. Hi All, I have purchased house in Dec 2023 grove american legend homes. Initial discussion with sale mgr in back side wood fence . Before signoff, we are not providing the fence in backyard, due to the frisco fire instructions. Last min changes how much valid, but sure they followed the business tactics the sales team.
