Hi All, I have purchased house in Dec 2023 grove american legend homes. Initial discussion with sale mgr in back side wood fence . Before signoff, we are not providing the fence in backyard, due to the frisco fire instructions. Last min changes how much valid, but sure they followed the business tactics the sales team.
