American Legend Homes has good floor plans, but my experience with build quality, warranty support, and customer service has been very disappointing. Many positive reviews online appear to be older, things have changed with this builder in recent times, and based on my recent experience, the quality and service are not the same. We had a wonderful experience building our new home with American Legend Homes in Prosper! Elizabeth, our sales representative was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. We really appreciated the flexibility to customize our home and the team’s willingness to address all our questions and concerns during construction and before closing. This was our first time building a home from the ground up, so we really didn’t know exactly what to expect going into the process. We were very fortunate to have Jeff as our Construction Manager. He kept our home on schedule, made sure the finished home met our expectations, and was responsive whenever we had questions or concerns.
