If I could give them negative stars I would stay away from them do not buy a house from them especially in Rhome. 6 months living in the house and caulking is needed. All of them lie with the exception of TY and TROY. This is my second and last time I would ever do business with them. I genuinely thought they were a good builder after purchasing my first house with them. Never again. Hard lesson learned!
Ty with American Legends made our home buying process go very smoothly. He was extremely helpful and whatever questions we had he would always provide the perfect answer! I highly recommend Ty because purchasing a new home can be extremely stressful, but not with him. He was always there for me when I needed him, and that is super important especially when you are a first time home buyer! I am super grateful for Ty and the hard work he put in for my family and I during the transition into a new home.
We have been in our American Legend Home just 10 days shy of 2 years and we have loved living here. Troy was a great help in the buying process and even months after closing. They have become like family as my son has to stop by the model homes to say, "Hi!" anytime we go on a walk.
