We had a wonderful experience with our Design Consultant, Heather S. She was patient with us when we wanted to make changes and explained each step in great detail.
Everything here is total price gouging. The sales person told us the prices get to the design center and oh by the way there is additional tile you have to buy or a different front door handle because you added the wider door. Oh by the way the least expensive handle is $150 dollars because the door is thicker but you can look up that the wider door kit is $5. I can go through 15 things that happened like this. It is one thing if they are up charging you for a more expensive item, but charging you a lot more than you can buy... read more
