Our dealings with Amy Woy of American Legwnd Homes made us feel heard, valued and cared for. We were welcomed from the moment we contacted her. She guide us into purchasing the right home for us at this stage of our lives.
My experience in the sales and closing process was absolutely seamless.
I am filing a lawsuit agains them because I had difficulty with financing 2 weeks before closing they refused to pay my $4,000 earnest money deposit. Absolutely poor experience. They plan of retaining your EA with complete disregard to TREC laws.
Like the homes, but they screwed me on paperwork. We had the home built in 2015 in Castle Hills. They installed lemon Lenox HVAC system that carries 5 years warranty and these guys did not inform me to extend warranty for adutional 5 years (it is a Lennox policy that home owner zhould do that). So, now the AC unit broke in 8 years and will costme $8-12K to replace/fix. Also now foundation issues. Cracks in tiles, wall and they do nothing to address except calling an engineering company to do surveys every three months. They ... read more
