Nice community, sales agents are really nice.
THEY LIED! THEY WERE VERY DISHONEST! We found a house last year, Nov 29th... made multiple trips to view the neighborhood. Great location in Castle Hills. We inquired about making small modifications since they were still finishing the home. They ADAMANTLY stated there could be no changes and "what you see is what you get" (HA)! So during the first walk through, after we'd given them $$$$$$..... they spring on us that the home behind us is a different builder and (very nonchalantly) stated they would be putting a rod iron fe... read more
