This was my family’s first new-build purchase, and Gaige and Herb could not have made it any easier. From the moment we first came to their office, Gaige made my family feel welcomed. He made sure to answer any questions we had. We are in the construction business, so we visited often to check on the progress, and these guys do not cut any corners. I put these guys through the Wringer and they delivered above and beyond! I have been so busy recommending them on fb that I haven’t had time to write this but here we go! Gaige is simply put amazing, we decided to buy direct from builder and I had LOTS (and LOTS) of questions, he took the time to answer every single one, I still text him with random neighborhood questions and he still takes the time to respond and help me. 10 out of 10. We shopped ALL of the new home builders here in the Midlothian area & we had an absolute great experience purchasing with American Legend Homes. We had a great experience with Gaige. We were interested in a spec home late in the build process, and Gaige went the extra miles to get us information & work changes for our preferences. It was very late in the build process, and the house was just not the right fit for us. When we told him our decision, he handled it perfectly with a positive attitude and understanding.
