My experience with American Legal Abstract has been brilliant. They are professional, friendly, prompt and thorough. I found them (especially Terry Katz) to be extremely helpful. He makes sure you have all the information you need in a way that walks you through each step. Once again, an excellent experience.
Our closing ended up being a bit complicated, but these guys were patient and understanding. We appreciate so much how they worked with us to get everything over the line.
I never expected to leave a review for a title company. Honestly, I don't even really understand what title insurance is. I just know it's something you have to do when you buy a house.
