Aaron came out, and he was amazing! Best customer service ever. He wouldn’t even park in our driveway so it wouldn’t get dirty. So attentive. We had 3 plumbers come out and couldn’t find the leak. Aaron initially couldn’t identify it and isolated everything. And yes, he 100% found it. He was so excited, and I was so grateful!!! He won extra points with me because he was so polite. Sam was our technician. I must say what a professional, humble and easy going gentleman. He was not pushy or short with us like past experiences. He was very honest and did his best to find the culprit to our leak and he not only found one but two. I appreciate when someone gives us their options and sincere thought. He is truly an asset to your company, he is a nice human being- I believe first people then money !
