American Leak Detection was hired by my Home Owners Insurance. John was my technician and he was great. He took his time and was very thorough. He explained things easily enough for me to understand without using too much plumbing terminology. He’s got a lot of experience and I trust his evaluation. He helped locate the leak in the slab that was damaging the property in 2 separate locations in the house. We are only at the beginning stages of the leak detection and repair but so far I’m very satisfied with the work that’s be... read more
I had a very small leak on my main water line and was concerned it might be difficult to locate. After doing some research, American Leak Detection San Antonio came highly recommended, so I called them. The woman who answered was fantastic—knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I was initially scheduled a couple of days out, but they called me back later that same day because they had an opening and asked if they could come right away. They arrived within the hour, which was amazing. Al Harris and his colleague were exce... read more

It was a pleasur... read more

He was able to pinpoint the location of the leak in the house slab on the hot water line between a bathroom and the kitchen. He clearly explained both the detection process and a ... read more
