I hired American Leak Detection of North Alabama for a significant leak that was doubling my water bill. I paid the original invoice without issue, but I was disappointed with the overall experience. The first visit did not locate the major leak, and the follow-up visit marked an area where the leak was not ultimately found. My plumber later located the actual leak farther down the slab. Would not recommend using this company. We had a leak underneath the road in front of our house. When receiving quotes to get it fixed, several plumbers recommended having someone locate the leak to minimize digging and avoid unnecessary damage to the road and yard. We called ALD and they sent someone one out very quickly, which was great. The ALD technician “located” the leak and spray painted a large X on the road to indicate the general location of the leak. American Leak was great. Easy to call and set up. John who came out was excellent! Very personable and knowledgeable. He took his time and found the leak and even took some time to chat. Great service! Day after the leak was located, all is repaired. Thanks!

Awesome experience. Had a leak that suddenly happened in our pool. Made a call and within a couple days technician arrived. From the phone call that morning from technician (Nick) until he completed the job it was all an A+++! He was outstanding and found the leak quickly and did the repair! Awesome experience and highly recommended American Leak Detection if you have an issue!!!!!!!
