Service was great. They found the leak very fast and dug a hole right on top of leak. The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. He also communicated his arrival time and made it easy to make sure someone was home. I would recommend them for sure. They saved lots of time and headache trying to find the leak.

Dealing with home water leaks is not pleasant ….. no matter if big or small leaks! But I have found a company that is on my side when I had a reported leak. The expertise of the serviceman, as well as his politeness and ability to thoroughly explain his steps in the process, made the whole process go smoothly. I would recommend this company to anyone and I’ll definitely use them again.

I feel taken advantage of. Make sure you KNOW what you're paying for. I had been lead to believe after discussing on the phone with them that they'd be able to test for any leaks behind the drywall on new construction, which was my primary concern, but *only* a water pressure test was done on the water lines, which was not what I needed done as they had already been pressure tested when installed. With the plumbing in my house, I have unfortunately had multiple opportunities to call upon American Leak Detection. Their service has always been top notch, from dealing with scheduling through the testing and getting the final report. The entire team is great to work with - highly recommend!!
