We had excellent, friendly service from Ishmael and he was spot on finding a leak. Turned out to be an easy fix for us. 😃
Had them out to find a leak said they couldn’t get access to the house even though the landlord and the tenant both have phone records saying that they could’ve been there within 10-15 minutes, but the technician decided not to wait for them to get in the house and charged me when the leak was found on a leaking flapper. I’ve used them for years. I called and talked to the manager, and still, they decided that the charge was worth not performing the service that they promised super disappointed.
Shawn Battlefield was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. We would recommend this company to anyone.
Called upon ALD for a second opinion on a suspicious leak and it was the best decision ever. Colby is an absolute rock star, finding and fixing our problem NOT diagnosed correctly the first time. He is the epitome of customer service and standard by which all others should be measured. ALD is a true asset to Tulsa/BA.
I had a leak that was super bad and when I came back because I would have been gone, I had called them up and secured an appointment for the very next day and they were able to come and they come early really early and we’re able to complete the work and it was really bad cause it was like 4 feet down in the ground, but Toby was able to call Shawn and the both of them did it in a couple hours it was amazing
