The Service Technician they sent out was absolutely great!!! He was very thorough in the options we had! He did a great job!
Horrible experience. After two months, we have had another company take care of our problem. It's really difficult to live without running water. We paid $1,625.00 for very little, they stuck some "probes" in the ground and couldn't hear anything. They came back and did little more and now they expect an additional $900.00!! UPDATE: Hiring American Leak Detection was an awful decision. They have proved that they can't find a leak in a waterline. I thought I might possibly have a leak in my pool. When I described what was going on, tech thought it sounded like it could just be evaporation from wind and heat. He suggested a quicker and cheaper test. He was right. Test showed I was only loosing .004 inches/day. I was thrilled. My piece of mind cost me much less than expected!
I would give a 0 star if possible. Technician(s) was/were supposed to arrive over an hour ago. No one is answering calls. My deposit check was cashed a month ago. This was after a long train of unanswered calls and no reponses to emails.
