I am extremely disappointed with my experience with American Leak Detection. The first technician came out in November 2025. He dove into the pool and set up leak detection equipment but was unable to find any leak. Since, my pool continued losing approximately 1 inch of water every two days, I scheduled another visit. A different technician came out in May 2026. He set up his equipment, and after about 10 minutes , concluded there was no leak. Amazing service every time, and the technician was on point.!!! Also don't try anyone else save the hassle I won't go into details. American Leak Detectors rock!!!
Their service finding a leak in my upstairs shower was amazing. I was however a bit surprised when two years later I received an invoice for $40 saying I owed this amount. I paid what I was asked at the time of service and coming back two years later is a bit of a stretch.
The Service Technician they sent out was absolutely great!!! He was very thorough in the options we had! He did a great job!
