Simply to expensive....
Exceptional customer service! Excellent overall work. Detected the source of the leak within the 2 hour window and made sure they were no other leaks to our inground pool. Pressure tested our pipes, check the liner, pool light, skimmers, returns, pumps and every other place where a leak may occur. Andy was very personable, knowledgeable and diligent with his work.
I would give this place ten stars if I could. The lady I talked to when I described my problem suggested it might not be a leak, but something else. It was something else. Ended up paying less to get it fixed. To me that tells a lot about a business. They didn't look too make a quick buck but to help solve my problem. I've never done any actual business but my interaction with them was a positive one.
This company falsify' s their reports, I will not use them again. A claim was submitted through my home owner's policy and American Leak was chosen. The technician came out, did his thing and was very thorough. Things were going great until we got the report. While onsite he mentioned things like "this isn't up to code", "I've never seen anything like this in my career", "I don't know why someone would do this", etc. However when we received the report it reflects that the work is up to code which contradicts what he said to... read more
