100% dissatisfied. Called them so I could narrow down the leak in my kitchen, and point the plumber in the right direction. They concluded that I did not have a leak and billed me 500.00. I found the leak myself. I wouldn’t trust these guys. There tech also broke the toilet valve in my upstairs bathroom, which I paid the plumber who fixed the leak in the kitchen to take care of.

I called American Leak Detection panicking because our pool suddenly had lost feet of water in a few hours- I spoke with Jackie, she went over the details of how they would check for leaks, but then also said to take a few minutes to inspect the vinyl, did I see anything out of the ordinary, etc...
