Charged me $450.00 for coming out and not finding leak. Called a plumber and he found leak within 10mins .
The guys were really friendly, on time and went the extra mile to fit us in their schedule today. I would highly recommend this company. Jennifer who took our call was an angel and was so patient with me when I was in panic mood. She took her time to make sure she knew we felt we were being listened to. Absolutely great company. Love them
100% dissatisfied. Called them so I could narrow down the leak in my kitchen, and point the plumber in the right direction. They concluded that I did not have a leak and billed me 500.00. I found the leak myself. I wouldn’t trust these guys. There tech also broke the toilet valve in my upstairs bathroom, which I paid the plumber who fixed the leak in the kitchen to take care of.
