Could not recommend this company more! A storm hit my neighborhood, which resulted in pretty bad damages to my home. ALD was referred to me by my insurance, and these guys are AWESOME! Craig, Xavier, and Jarred came out to determine where the water damage was. They were so knowledgeable, showed me proof of their findings, and explained everything to me in a way I would understand it. I seriously cannot recommend these guys enough. They were so great!!! Thank you guys!
Matt came out and helped me find a leak. A different leak showed up a week later and Brendon came out. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful. Praying this leak on the irrigation does not get larger & we do not have to call them back .

I had a water leak for about 4 months. After a few attempts by a couple of other companies which fixed a few issues, my water leak persisted in areas not seen by the human eye. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing who told me the leak needed to be located before they could resolve my leak issue. But, Benjamin Franklin was extremely courteous and helpful.
