Hired them.to locate a hot water pipe leak under slab. I already knew general location. Tech came out said he couldn't find a hot leak, said it was cold leak. Tried to explain to him floor was hot and no cold water pipe was in that location. Marked location where he said leak was. Took day off from work to remove our laminate floor and tear up concrete. Sooooo unenthusiastic with this place. They were contracted by Paragon pools for a sudden leak that occurred with my 4 month old fiberglass pool. The first technician who came out stated he couldn’t find anything as the fittings weren’t ’standard’ (they are 1.5” which is a standard) and talked about the liner being the issue as the tiles were glued to the liner (there is no liner, it’s a full fiberglass shell that the tiles are adhered to). Worth every penny. Sometimes you don't know where that water is coming from and so you could be spending a ton of money to fix what is not actually the real problem. Leak Detection companies like this one help you find the exact problem so that you can actually fix it. Very thorough, and a clear report with pics in your email right after the visit for easy reference.
