Coleman powersports warranty sent us to him. Now they wont respond and he never is in at the times I go there. Which is working hours. He wont let me pay for diagnosis and coleman says he didnt send invoice. Ive been without my trail bike for 6 months now with nothing.
We took our mower in to get a new belt. When we took it in it was running fine. Went to pick it up and was charged $400 for a new belt. Got it home and it would not turn over at all and battery won’t charge either. Do not go to him because he scams you into paying for parts you don’t even need.
I took my Toro mower in for an oil change and a new cable for the self propelled wheels. It cost me over $100.00. I did not check the oil when I got home and started to mow. Big mistake! The entire motor exploded because there was no oil in it. When I took it back, I was told he could fix it with used parts so it wouldn't cost me so much. I almost did not go because of the previous rating but everything went just fine and I got same day service
Don't take your mower here! We took our mower in because it was leaking oil. We were told that we would get a phone call with an estimate, but never did. Two weeks later, we called to inquire about the repairs, it was done and cost $80. Ok, fine. We picked the mower up and noticed a little oil residue on the deck, but figured it was just from being repaired. After using the mower that evening, it started to leak oil everywhere.
