The new 2020 crew damaged my grass, even after repeated calls to the Owner to stop this crew from working on my property. I tried to get the Owner to repair my yard and he made excuses as to why he couldn’t repair the yard. Thus, I fired ALB in May 2020. Wish I could rate this company a 0/5!!! The worst company in Loudoun County I've ever dealt with. In April we hired American Lawn Brothers to come out to help with some minor crab grass issues. The owner of American Lawn Brothers, Ricky, sent a crew out with the wrong chemicals and killed 3/4 of our lawn. When asked if this was normal the owner, Ricky, said yes. When I got up at 0630 the first thing I did was look out the kitchen window to see how deep the snow was. I was delighted to see that the guys from American Lawn Brothers had already been to our home and removed the snow from the driveway and sidewalks. The dogs didn't even hear them working. When one is unable to shovel snow it is comforting that there are reliable businesses that provide a great service. Thank you Ricky!! (If you ever need stone work done at your home these are the guys to contact. Exceptional work!

Ha you call ALB a business lol SCAM, JOKE, NOT WORTH THE TIME OR STRESS TO DEAL WITH. This company has multipul addresses list on this site and else where online, but the company and phone show it is the same one. I did a trial run of 4 weeks/cuts to test this joke of a company out and omg. First scheduled grass cut was 3 days late and took 3 calls to get them out ( also I was told it was already cut when it wasn't, then they came hours later). okay they mow lawns and trim edges. price is reasonable. i haven't used them in the fall or winter, but i suspect that they have services here as well.
