Horrible customer service!! Theo Oltmann had a very condescending attitude from the get go!! I paid for a service on a house closing to be treating horribly!! I will never recommend them to anyone…I have bought and sold 4 houses within the last 7 years and absolutely love Jack Lorenzetti, which is the reason I keep coming back!! But we had the very unfortunate appointment with Theo and it was like we were a bother to him…He was very snippy, very short and at times over spoke me…I will never return or use their services again... read more
