Another review after months of being satisfied with their service; this happens when I schedule the appt and I say “no guys or Mimi”…. Due to disappointing service. The other day I called; the lady knows my voice and my usual request. Didn’t even have to say anything except choose the time!! I went to American K Nails on the recommendation of a friend for the first time today. I was looking for a new place closer to home. I am happy to say I have found my new salon! I was told to ask for T and he was amazing! I told him what I wanted and he delivered! I am thrilled with my nails and the price was so reasonable I repeated it twice I was so surprised. The service was great and the salon is very clean. Thank you T and American K Nails!
Went in for pedi and manicure with my niece. Upon arrival there was no one in there we had the entire place to ourselves. Half way through pedicures people started to show up. Women doing my feet told everyone everyone “sure 10 mins” so they sat and waited. My big toe she cut wrong resulting now having an ingrown nail, I’ve never had one in my life. Mimi was my nail tech and right away not friendly at all she “opened” a packet with the utensils that was already used claiming it was brand new!! Disgusting One of my nails had a small chip in the corner and I clearly told her I wanted her to fix them and I wanted them square. She said she can only do round. She was also very aggressive with my feet since she was all mad. Don’t spend your money here. Disgusting attitude Disgusting utensils doesn’t listen to the customers.
