I called ahead and had an issue with a pin being broken and the owner told me to come in to see if he could fix it. Welcoming staff and the owner took great care of me in no time. Great shop, would definitely come back!! Also 5 stars for having a human to talk to on the phone, they answered quickly. I was on a time crunch this day and he’s the only one in the Henderson area who doesn’t have an Ai that“answers”the phone. Quality customer service is big to me and American Jewelers exceeded all expectations!
Your competitor down the road offered 37.5 percent more per gram on gold than you offered. They were actually a coin store, too! Which makes your offer seem even more horrendous (Their price was still bad, and I didn't take it) What compelled me to write this special review for your store was the fact your offer was worse than a pawn shop would even offer, according to Google! I came in and sold two silver eagles for 10% back of spot, which was much better than the shop down the way paying 20% back of spot price. Overall, a good quick deal for both of us! We then chatted for 15-20 minutes about the things youd expect precious metal enjoyers to talk it up about, lol.
