I came in and sold two silver eagles for 10% back of spot, which was much better than the shop down the way paying 20% back of spot price. Overall, a good quick deal for both of us! We then chatted for 15-20 minutes about the things youd expect precious metal enjoyers to talk it up about, lol. Brought some silver eagles in today and immediately got a more-than-fair offer. Was paid in cash on the spot in just a few minutes. Cleve was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I had my ring resized and added a new loop to my pendant at American Jewelers. They did an amazing job, everything looks perfect. You can tell they’ve been doing this for years because their craftsmanship shows. The prices are very reasonable too. I’ll definitely be back.

Brought a 14k Italian gold bracelet to get shortened. Came to pick it up and asked for the gold that was cut off the bracelet. They said "the extra gold was thrown into their melting pot". Gave me a piece of some random gold bracelet (that I don't even know if it's gold) and didn't charge me the $25 for the work. They said they have been doing this for 20+ years, but they still don't know that they should keep the gold that was cut off for the customer. Amateur work done here. Not professional.
