bought windows and doors for the entire 5000 sq ft house....spent many thousands of dollars.......had an issue with one of the locking mechanisms on one of their french doors......Bill who heads the customer service department kept promising he would deal with it and kept making appointments to send someone to look at the manufacturing but no one ever shows up......they have problems with their phone system when you try to call........they pay lip service to standing behind their product but just ignore repeated calls from c... read more

Under no circumstances would I recommend this window company!!!!!. After many months of trying to get a warranty claim addressed , the service that was rendered was unacceptable at best. .........The product that was installed as a replacement was defective...there appeared to be hesitation as to replacing the replacement....which was eventually replaced.....the second replacement , although better than first replacement is not 100% to my satisfaction. I am frustrated beyond reason with the whole experience and will not lose... read more
