Jorge delivered the legal 60 day notice the very next day. He knocked on the door to speak with the person instructed politely and explained what it was about, then handed the tenant the notice. Jorge was very professional, polite, quick and very reasonably priced compared to other companies. I highly recommend his legal processing services. Communication is excellent
DO NOT USE. I HIRED THEM IN EARLY MARCH FOR A MID APRIL COURT DATE. THEY DID NOT/COULD NOT SERVE THE 3 PEOPLE INVOLVED OF WHICH 2 LIVED AT THE SAME ADDRESS. GUY GOES OUT OF TOWN AND GETS HIS SON TO HELP. SON HAS NO CLUE AND ONLY DOES IT AFTER HIS 9-5 JOB, SO LIMITED EFFORT. BOB DEALE, OWNER HAS NOTHING BUT EXCUSES. THIS CAUSED A RESCHEDULE OF THE COURT DATE WHICH WILL INCREASE MY COSTS NOW FOR TRAVEL & LODGING. DO NOT USE.

Very unprofessional. Got legal advice from him that was wrong in fact it was so wrong it caused the people I was trying to evict to be able to stay in my home for another 2 months. Because he gave me bad information. I would never recommend Mr.Deale to anyone.
