This place was gross. The people checking you in are behind a giant thing of glass like they're at a gas station that's been robbed a few too many times. So that did not instill confidence in the location of the hotel. I went ahead and gave the location two stars because we did not personally have anything happen to us and it was close enough to where we were going. Truly I have no complaints other than one which we will get to later but that still doesn’t change the fact that this hotel went above and beyond for me!! I couldn’t thank them enough. I arrived in Kansas City from a 4 hour drive at 10 PM to my hotel that I booked 4 days ago and had confirmed at 3 PM before leaving my location.
