Was not very impressed with this American inn the man that works the front desk who's name is Jay, is very unprofessional did not listen to the customer that's why this place is going to run down but they're still good people out there though but I was not very happy with that person I don't think he should run establishment and has a chip on his shoulder and does not care what the customer ask or even tries to accommodate the customers at all I might even ask for my money back.. ask to get this floor cleaned in the bathroom... read more
Hallways smell like smoke and the carpet was very damp. Bed was alright but only 3 pillows for two people. Blanket on the bed was thin. Bathroom was ok.
