Customer service is the most important thing in every job and you guys are lacking in that area.
I saw pictures of how you treated people who had to be evacuated from Oroville, how dare you treat them this way. Bed bugs are no laughing matter you have them you need to clean up your hotel. You also need to refund the money they had to pay to stay in your nasty hotel. If I was able to give you no stars I sure would. Terrible service, I hope no one stays at your hotel after seeing these post.

Won't be able to cover up that fact that your hotel is infested and that how you treated the family and refused to make things right when they are evacuees from oroville dam is highly unacceptable.
