I had several policies with this company since I was 18 and initially was sold on the integrity of the company & the cash value accumulation on my policies. In reviewing some numbers, I have paid approx. $5,800 into the company over 6 years with the cash value being at a whopping $800 for policies totaling over a quarter of a million dollars. I called to cancel my policy and sat on hold for 30 mins. After I got on the phone with someone, they confirmed all my info and I simply told them I wanted to cancel all my policies for financial reasons. The rep went over each of the 4 policies I have and tried to sell me to keep a version of each. When we got to the 3rd policy and I simply and directly stated that I just want to cancel ALL policies, she says she understands and then we "lose connection". After 46 minutes. I am so livid.
