Worst customer service I’ve dealt with across the board. I cancelled the policy and then somehow they “lost the paperwork” and continued to charge me. Still fighting for a refund. My sales agent stopped responding after he got his commission from the sale. Do yourself a favor and get life insurance elsewhere.
If I could give them a lower review I would in a heartbeat. This company is absolutely horrible. NO one knows what they are doing, as you will get a different answer to the same question every time! I have now been told a third way of what I must provide for a POA. What should’ve taken a week at most to get this setup and resolved we are now going on a month. I have absolutely run out of patience and am ready to close out everything and will if this 3rd attempt is not done.

Bradley was very knowledgeable on the criteria and helped with any question I had or will have in the future. He was presentable and very accommodating to my schedule and time. Thank you for all your hard work and everything you have done for me and my family!
