By far the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with, found every reason not to pay money owed, and would not allow me to cancel my services. When I finally cut Them off from my Auto draft they continue to take the money out of what they owed me until the balance was zero. Do not… DO NOT use this company
I have gotten in contact with four separate customer service representatives to try and cancel my policy. Each one of them “assured” me that the termination forms would be sent over within 24-48 hours. That was back in December. Instead, they sent me a bill claiming my policy lapsed and requested the balance from the last two months. Terrible and unethical business practices. Worst customer service I’ve dealt with across the board. I cancelled the policy and then somehow they “lost the paperwork” and continued to charge me. Still fighting for a refund. My sales agent stopped responding after he got his commission from the sale. Do yourself a favor and get life insurance elsewhere.
If I could give them a lower review I would in a heartbeat. This company is absolutely horrible. NO one knows what they are doing, as you will get a different answer to the same question every time! I have now been told a third way of what I must provide for a POA. What should’ve taken a week at most to get this setup and resolved we are now going on a month. I have absolutely run out of patience and am ready to close out everything and will if this 3rd attempt is not done.
