We needed care for my father who is bed bound in the late stages of Huntington's disease. I initially tried to set up individual care but the process of background checks and scheduling was too much. I worked with Brianna Guinn who was able to quickly accommodate last minute scheduling. She always answered the phone and got responses quickly. They assigned Tomeka. She was awesome! The Personal care and communication from American In Home Care staff was amazing and the CNAs were kept to a minimum to avoid stress on our Mother. Each one went above and beyond in their care and compassion for our 100 year old Mother and were very supportive to family who were with her. Thank you so much for your outstanding care and concern!
