Took days to get a call back. Then get run around about how busy they are and manager is too busy wrenching. Claimed to call back, but no missed call or voicemail. Very poor communication keeping me updated. Was told both Calipers would need to be replaced. Brought the car to Audi and they said not true, just one needed. Quoted me $1400 for each caliper. Audi came back at $980. Told me it would be 8 weeks to get part from Audi, where as Audi 7-10 days. Paid for service of b… See more
