At first, when the salesperson, **********, was working to get the sale, he was very prompt in getting back with us. With him, we signed a contract, getting financed through synchrony bank. I'm very upset! They came knocking to offer me a free estimate for 1 year! I said NO three times! He insisted and I said yes and made the appointment. On the day of the appointment, when I said I didn't know when I was going to do it, they put a rude man named ******* on the phone, putting pressure on me and ending the call rudely! It's a shame because The previous employees were very friendly! Looks like they didn't gain a customer!
The reason for my complaint is a growing concern that the company mentioned above may be more inclined towards predatory lending practices, operating akin to a Ponzi or lien company, rather than focusing on its primary business of installing impact windows and doors.
