The sales man from AMERICAN IMPACT WINDOWS practically harassed me to sign the contract on March 3th 2025, today is August 11th and I still have not received absolutely nothing, however I gave them a deposit of $10k and I have to call almost every day and I get nothing but excuses. I learned today that they have filed Bankrupcy!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!!! RUN

Signed a contract for windows and doors, on 8/25/2023. Waited 16 months for hem to produce the product and they don't let you out of the contract either. Finally, on 2/24/2025, installation began. By 3/17/2025 this company was done installing and they were PAID IN FULL. American Impact Windows & Doors, LLC is are completely dishonest and lack integrity. Unfortunately, we made a mistake in initially doing business with them. At first, when the salesperson, **********, was working to get the sale, he was very prompt in getting back with us. With him, we signed a contract, getting financed through synchrony bank. I'm very upset! They came knocking to offer me a free estimate for 1 year! I said NO three times! He insisted and I said yes and made the appointment. On the day of the appointment, when I said I didn't know when I was going to do it, they put a rude man named ******* on the phone, putting pressure on me and ending the call rudely! It's a shame because The previous employees were very friendly! Looks like they didn't gain a customer!

The reason for my complaint is a growing concern that the company mentioned above may be more inclined towards predatory lending practices, operating akin to a Ponzi or lien company, rather than focusing on its primary business of installing impact windows and doors.
