I have been here twice. One for a mamo and another time for a bone density. Nice clean facility,fast and professional. My new go to imaging.
They are friendly and efficient, from the time you walk in, until you leave.
They will tell you there is a 2 week process for insurance approval (FL Blue), but do not let you know that they will not even begin to process the insurance approval until they receive your Doctors notes. So, a very important (to me) CT, looking for metastatic cancer is cancelled the business day before the appointment. They do not keep the patient advised even when the situation could have been resolved if they'd said something when I visited the office 4 days earlier to drop off the prescription. Awesome experience all the way around. From the moment you walk in the door at American Imaging, you are in great hands. Front Office Staff are friendly and welcoming and Cathy C, mammo tech was professional yet very friendly too. Dr Ballard explains things in a way that you can understand and makes you feel more than comfortable asking questions. Thank You American Imaging for such great service from start to finish.
I went to American Imaging for the first time yesterday and I was very pleased with the entire experience. The staff was efficient, competent, and friendly. The surroundings were spotless and pleasant. The doctor that worked with me was wonderful. He talked me through everything so there were no surprises. This will now become my Imaging go-to place.
