Stop making the ladies get on their hands and knees to clean. They are not slaves.
I have used them for about a year. The staff rotation isn’t consistent and the cleaning is lacking. I’ve called to complain several times which they have no problem sending someone out but I’m tired of asking someone to finish a job. I expect the chairs under the table to be moved so sweeping and mopping can occur, all mirrors to be cleaned, carpeted areas to include closets to be vacuumed...and floors to be wet mopped not spray and wipe.
I love American Housekeeping. They do such a terrific job on my house. I had acute respiratory failure and now have a trachea, with speaking valve, constant oxygen and I am on palliative care. I am getting better every day and American Housekeeping makes sure that everything is germ free for me. I really appreciate the supervisor, Christine, who always leads my team of housekeepers. Our household has used this company for over 3 years since we moved to our new house. Cleaning is done on a monthly basis and we had only 1 problem in that time to where we had to call. They sent the crew back to correct the issue. I have recommended them to friends and family. Our current team led by Amanda is great group.
I recommend American Housekeeping. The team that cleans my home, led by Christine, is excellent. Christine ensures that each chore is done to perfection. Christine and her team make sure that everything is very clean and sanitary to help me with my health issues. They even get on their hands and knees and scrub my wooden floors. That is dedication!! Great work!!
I wouldn’t recommend this company. I have only used them 5 times and 2 of the 5 I’ve called to complain. The work isn’t thorough - rooms and shutters weren’t dusted consistently, appliance weren’t wiped completely, etc. I have many other examples. Very disappointed customer
First time i used them terrible experience hope they make this right i came home to dust and dirty counters and floors im very dissatisfied i hope they make this right
