Either they misunderstood what I was asking for or there was neglect in doing the job to a bare minimum standard. I got a free quote ($~250 ish) for a first deep clean with cleaning the fridge and oven. Shannon who gave me the quote was wonderful and saw all the details I needed help with (baseboards, carpet edges, smudges, and tracks of the windows and sliders). The ladies cleaned well. My issue is with their policies, policies that I was not informed of. The policy that they do not clean grout left me with a half cleaned bathroom. Tub surround tile grout and tile grout on my counters wasnt touched. The other issue was the lady that came initially to look my house over, list what I wanted done, and decide on the time it would take and cost rate grossly miscalculated. Update: The owner responded and sent a new crew to clean this week and they did a very good job. I wish they had gotten it right the first time, but I appreciate that they wanted us to be satisfied with their work. We will go forward with them and request the 2nd crew as our regulars. I've given 4 stars for the upgraded effort. Initial Review: Terrible cleaning service. I was at my mother's when she tried them for the first time. They mopped all around the guest bed but neglected to clean under the bed. They mopped the laund... read more
