I worked for this company and the office staff use the housekeepers as tools against each other, to get each other to quit. They pay so little for back breaking jobs. I have been osha certified and cleaning for 20 + years. They are very prejudice. When i was training one of there leads was using racial slurs about me . HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! I worked for American Housekeeping from May 2019 to August 2019, they tell you one thing in the interview then it becomes a whole different ball game once you start working for them. Pay is terrible for example getting paid $11.00 for one house even if it took 2hrs to clean!! Losing out on practically all of your bonus for missing a day, let’s not begin on all the drama and choosing favorites instead of treating all your employees with the same fair treatment!
