My mother lived first in Independent housing for 13 years and loved her apartment. When she needed extra care she moved to Assisted Living where she has received loving expert care from everyone from Administration to Nursing service, housekeeping, hairdresser and the dietary department. Everyone has made her comfort their top priority. We can’t say enough about the caring and loving staff at American House, Spring Lake. The love and support given to our mom is tender and loving. They do not get paid enough for the service they do for her and us! Thank you to Diedre, Andrianna, Shay, Sheryl, Deanna, Mackenzie, Mercedes, Annie, Julie, and Ashley. They are absolute ROCK STARS!!!!

Very good experience. Residents were friendly. I enjoyed my visit. The one negative for me was the 14 day compulsory stay following my tendon repair surgery. I don’t think I will need that much care.

One of the WORST places I've EVER been to. My mother was there and tell us things you really didn't think to be true ( because of her state of mind ) but then started seeing with my own eyes she knew what she was talking about. HR, supervisors and even some corporate personal should be FIRED. Only a couple of nurse aids and housekeepers really went above and beyond and really showed compassion for residents.
