The caregivers at this location truly care about their residents. I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing their compassion and love for those that live at American House Bonita. It’s wonderful to see a care staff that is so loving towards our elder population! ❤️

My experience with American House has been great. When you walk in, you are greeted with a smile, warmth, and compassion. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to support both independence and safety. The staff are attentive and respectful as well! We have had great communication with the aids, med techs, directors, physicians, and general staff in the community. The Outpatient Therapy services are also a huge benefit! I would steer clear of American House in Bonita Springs - not just because they can’t keep a wellness director (RN) for more than a few months, are misleading when they refer to medication techs as nurses which they aren’t, the food isn’t good, the included transportation is minimal, the activities schedule is thin, and has nothing stimulation, but also because there frequently have been and still are serious issues they can’t get under control, such as medication management. My parents have been there for 10 months and they have been so happy and safe. The staff is very interactive with the residents and very caring!
