Nancy Russell, has been a blessing to our family. My mother moved into American House in Coconut Point July, 2023. My mother has an apartment in the independent living section and Nancy has gone above and beyond making her feel welcome, comfortable and safe (during hurricanes). Nancy has been so nice to our family. We wish we could give her 10 stars!!
I waited one year to write this review. My mother has been a resident at AH-Bonita Springs for one year, and I'm grateful we found this community. After relocating her from the home she'd known for over 20 years due to increasing memory issues, the transition was incredibly difficult for our entire family. The team goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home, and the activities and dining options are excellent. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality senior living in Bonita Springs!
