My mother has lived in both assisted living and now memory care in American House Bonita Springs. Over 8 years she has thrived there and been very happy. The caregivers are really caring and I really appreciate how the meals are complete, served nicely and dessert is a treat for all the residents at dinner. The activities keep Mom engaged. Memory Care director Kirsten is an exceptional person.
This community has been wonderful for my parents. The Director, Eneil, is very hands-on and consistently checks in on my parents well-being. Denise (Executive Director) has facilitated important resident upgrades recently. The staff is full of caring employees who truly make a difference. My parents have really enjoyed living here and they appreciate all the friends they have made, both fellow residents and employees.
The moment I visited American House Bonita Springs, I noticed how warm and welcoming they are with their residents. I highly recommend them!
Nancy Russell, has been a blessing to our family. My mother moved into American House in Coconut Point July, 2023. My mother has an apartment in the independent living section and Nancy has gone above and beyond making her feel welcome, comfortable and safe (during hurricanes). Nancy has been so nice to our family. We wish we could give her 10 stars!!
I waited one year to write this review. My mother has been a resident at AH-Bonita Springs for one year, and I'm grateful we found this community. After relocating her from the home she'd known for over 20 years due to increasing memory issues, the transition was incredibly difficult for our entire family.
