The Director Belinda is a beautiful soul, very kind and professional and cares deeply about the residence and for that I was very grateful to have the opportunity to live there. The apartment was very nice, everything was kept up impeccably, I enjoyed breakfast in the dining room, lunch with my favorite friends and the maintenance manager was very good at his job. Very rude greeting. Finding a place for a loved one is stressful enough. Mary Grace was hardly that. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I was told one thing over the phone and something else in person. Which is fine. The delivery and tone was down right disrespectful. She does not need to work in customer service and it appears as the executive director condones the behavior as she over heard the conversations and allowed them to go forth.
