Sort of a nice surprise to myself that I’m still here after almost three years. When I hired in I agreed to stay 2 years since I was mostly retired at the time. However, my Pastry Chef wife and I feel honored to be able to be able to provide, as the Residents say, better then any restaurant fare could compare quality food items from savory to sweet. I would not recommend this place to anyone! The staff in charge are rude and commend people who are emotionally unstable, unprofessional, and those who lash out. I have witnessed many people being bullied at work and Heather does nothing about it. I worked here for a little over a year and can not stress enough that this is a terribly toxic place to work. There are definitely better places to live and work! Keep your options open.

5/5 would recommend! The Activities Director ensures that there are lots of opportunities for resident socialization- bingo, bonfires, happy hour, movie nights, euchre, book club, Bible Study, morning walks, aerobics, etc. The entire building is beautifully decorated (decor changes with the season/holiday). There's a large library, electric fireplaces on three of the four floors, exceptional housekeeping Staff, a nutritious and filling menu, and a host of lovely residents.
