The Medical Team is the WORST! You can find staff sitting on their phones or sleeping at all hours of the day! DONT put your loved one here. I’m partly speaking about the recent changes, BIG mistake! Chantel is rude! Positive change would be moving on in a different direction. American House needs to part ways with this company soon or lose business!

The Medical Team staff are terrible. The wait times are regularly over 30min. They just made a huge mistake in changing staff and bringing back old staff who had multiple complaints. American House needs to part ways and find someone better soon!

I had the pleasure of meeting with Sherry, the Assistant Director at American House Elmwood, when I was searching for a place for my mother-in-law. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant, and always had time to answer my questions, no matter if I walked into the facility or called her on the phone. I watched her interactions with the residents, and saw how caring she was to their needs.
