This was a beautiful, clean and well kept home with a great, kind, attentive staff

The Medical Team at Elmwood needs to start over with management. They did have a recent change but it has been ineffective. Head Nurse Laureen Davis Is very arrogant and combative. Doesn’t follow protocol regarding medication distribution. She failed to contact the family regarding a necessary medication and so the patient was without medication for two weeks.
