My sister is at Town and Country Location…. Since new management, food stinks and now her unit has had AC issues……. Having to bring in window units….. feels like 99. Her unit is 89! . And today is Friday, I can talk to director….. on Monday!!! Really!!!
This facility was clean and welcoming. The apartment was very nice and would meet all needs. The staff without exception was friendly, warm and caring not to mention knowledgeable. Great place.
There are many uncertified caregivers provided. No skilled Nursing provided in this Assisted Living Community. Their resident assessment when treatment is needed is to call 911 for evaluation. The residents are friendly and staff nice. The site and building were designed well at the time it was constructed by the original architect and developer. I have only lived in American house for less then 3 months and now I get a letter about my rent and something about the lease. It's to long to go in two, but the manager gets her way I will be homeless. No kidding. West Bloomfield ps I am scared to death!
