So this post is not directed towards the business or any or their employees, other than Andy. Our truck arrived at 10:25am for a partial pickup of 8 pallets. Apparently the broker had the incorrect delivery address on the Bill of Lading, which Andy was aware of the fact that a new BOL had been sent over as we were attempting to check in.
